Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at [your email] and send your item to our return address.
Gift Returns
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
